Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

The SWPPP describes methods implemented by ODM to prevent the pollution of stormwater on its external grounds before it drains into surrounding storm sewers, then carried via connected underground sewer systems and discharged into the nearby Des Plaines River.

Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)

To help ensure compliance with the Conflict Minerals provision of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010, ODM maintains a current CMRT and does its own due diligence to prevent the inclusion of 3TG metals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten or Gold) sourced from the Republic of Congo to be used in the manufacture of ODM product, to prevent the proceeds of such mining to be used to fund illegal armed groups and create a humanitarian crisis in that region.
