Environmental Policy
ODM Tool & Manufacturing Co., Inc. operates its business activities in such a matter that helps protect the environment by having an Environmental Management System conforming to ISO 14001.
ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate
ISO 9001 is based on the plan-do-check-act methodology and provides a process-oriented approach to documenting and reviewing the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve effective quality management in an organization. ODM Tool is certified in this methodology for producing the best quality parts at all times.
ISO 14001 Certificate
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that ODM Tool uses to enhance environmental performance. We use this framework to improve and maintain an environmental management system to conform to our established environmental policy and requirements.
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
The SWPPP describes methods implemented by ODM to prevent the pollution of stormwater on its external grounds before it drains into surrounding storm sewers, then carried via connected underground sewer systems and discharged into the nearby Des Plaines River.
Quality Management System (QMS) Policy
ODM Tool and Manufacturing Co., Inc strives to best serve its customers and other interested parties through adherence to the current revisions of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer specifics, as described in the Quality Policy.
Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)
To help ensure compliance with the Conflict Minerals provision of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010, ODM maintains a current CMRT and does its own due diligence to prevent the inclusion of 3TG metals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten or Gold) sourced from the Republic of Congo to be used in the manufacture of ODM product, to prevent the proceeds of such mining to be used to fund illegal armed groups and create a humanitarian crisis in that region.
